Kristaps Porziņģis made his season debut for the Boston Celtics in a 126-94 win over the LA Clippers. Porziņģis played 23 minutes and finished with 16 points (6-12 FG, 1-6 3PT), six rebounds, two assists, a steal and two blocks, helping the Celtics earn their sixth consecutive victory. Boston was once again on fire from deep, drilling over 43% of their shot attempts (22-51), good for +45 from behind the arc on the night.
Ja Morant made his return from an eight-game absence tonight to help lead the Grizzlies to a 123-98 rout of the Blazers. Morant posted a double-double with 22 points and 11 assists in only 23 minutes of action, and was a game-high +22. Memphis was stout defensively, holding Portland to just 33.3% (34-102 FG) shooting from the field.
The Oklahoma City Thunder have reeled off back-to-back wins since Isaiah Hartenstein made his season debut last week. Hartenstein and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander recorded double-doubles in their 130-109 win over the Sacramento Kings, and Jalen Williams continues his third-year breakout with 28 points (10-16 FG, 3-7 3PT, 5-5 FT), four rebounds, five assists, two steals and a block. Dennis Schröder and Stephen Curry went head to head in the fourth quarter, but it was the Nets who came away with a close win over the Warriors, 128-120. Schröder led all scorers with 31, adding five rebounds, seven assists and two steals. Curry finished with 28 points (8-17 FG, 8-16 3PT), four rebounds and seven assists.

Golden State loses consecutive games for the first time this year after being outscored 70-53 in the second half. Brooklyn finished the game +15 from the free throw line (26-30 FT).
Isaiah Hartenstein continues to do everything the Thunder hoped he would when they signed him over the summer. He recorded another double-double tonight with 17 points (8-14 FG), ten rebounds and four assists, his second in as many games since he made his season debut on Nov. 20.

The Thunder held a 63-62 lead at halftime but outscored the Kings 67-47 in the second half, securing a 130-109 win on the road.
Dennis Schröder has 10 points in the fourth quarter, including two 3s, to bring the Nets all the way back from down 18 at one point. He has 22 points for the game and Cam Thomas has chipped in 23. Brooklyn leads 105-104 with 4:10 remaining at the Chase Center.

Payton is the fourth player in franchise history to reach 20+ assists in a game, joining Chris Paul (3x), Darren Collison and Rajon Rondo.
Payton has stepped in and played incredibly well for the decimated Pelicans, especially considering he hasnt played in the NBA since the 2021-22 season for the Phoenix Suns. The 21 assists are also an NBA season-high.
